Instruction Manual
Using/Repairing Your Atomiser

Using a repairable atomiser means you're able to make your own wicks and coils to atomise your e-liquid. Making your own atomiser allows users to customise their e-smoking experience and reduce costs, compared to using regular disposable atomisers. A thread on repairs and cleaning the atomisers can be found here on UK Vapers.

Rawveg's detailed video gives you a step by step guide on repairing an RTA.

There are no rigid rules regarding repairs, you can use oxidised stainless steel mesh rolled up that will act as a wick. Some users make a "hybrid wick", by combining standard (or silica) wick with mesh. Below is TheProvaper's example of a mesh wick in action.

Troubleshooting:
RDA - Poor Vapour Production

If your RDA is giving you flavour and hit, but not much vapour, check that you have put it together correctly and are holding it the right way.

  1. With the RDA on the table in front of you, and the outer terminal in the 9 o'clock position, the coil should be on the far side of the terminals, away from you.

  2. Fit the tube so that the air hole is pointing at 11 o'clock. The hole should be closer to the top of the tube.

  3. Fit the RDA to your PV, and add 20 drops of juice from dry. Hold the PV so that the air hole is pointing up and away from you.

  4. If the coil gets flooded, the RDA will still give you flavour and hit, but very little vapour.
